A motion was made by Ronald Nunez to add the following items to the agenda, the motion was seconded by Ryan Mallory all were in favor.
North Cameron Protection Levee co-operative agreement with District #4
W1 West flap in leaking
The Minutes from the August meeting were approved. A motion was made by Ronald Nunez seconded by Ryan Mallory all were in favor.
The financial report was approved. A motion was made by Ryan Mallory seconded by Shirley Gray, all were in favor.
The bills were approved. A motion was made by Ronald Nunez, seconded by Ryan Mallory, all were in favor.
Venture Global CP2 Express, LLC. LCUP# 220905. All were in favor the permit was approved
Venture Global CP2 LNG, LLC. LCUP# 220904 was tabled for more discussion.

CPRA LCUP# 220903 1 disapproved, 3 approved. The permit was approved.
Hercules Fence finished the first part of the fence job. They put up the front fence. The board would like for Hercules to finish the fence job putting up the sides. A motion was made by Ronald Nunez, seconded by Shirley Gray, all were in favor.
Board Member Shirley Gray would like this information be put into the minutes. Shirley had crushed cement delivered to her house in Cameron. She had John Michael Johnson come and spread the cement for her. She paid him directly for the work he did for her.
A motion was made by Shirley Gray to adjourn the meeting. The motion was seconded by Ronald Nunez, all were in favor.
