MINUTE PROCEEDINGS
There was a regular meeting of Gravity Drainage District 5 at 4:45 p.m., Tuesday, October 14, 2025, at Cameron Parish School Board – Audrey Memorial Building C – 3151 Trosclair Road, Creole, LA 70632.
Present: Suzie Fawvor, Greg January, Anthony Swire and Phillip Trosclair III
Absent: Bubba Richard
Guest: Mitch Thomas – K&M Project Services
President Phillip Trosclair called the meeting to order.
On motion by Greg January, seconded by Suzie Fawvor, and carried, to approve the agenda.
On motion Anthony Swire, seconded by Suzie Fawvor, and carried, the board approved of the minutes of the previous meeting.
On motion by Anthony Swire, seconded by Suzie Fawvor, and carried, to accept the financial report.
On motion by Anthony Swire, seconded by Greg January, and carried, the board approved the following permits:
GeoEngineers, Inc. – Grand Chenier (LCUP #251012)
High Bar Operating Company LLC. – Grand Chenier, North of Upper Mudd Lake (LCUP #251014)
On motion by Anthony Swire, second by Suzie Fawvor, and carried, the meeting is declared adjourned.
