DETERMINATION
The LDEQ, Office of Environmental Services, has reviewed an Initial Title V and PSD permit application from Sabine Pass LNG, L.P. and Sabine Pass Liquefaction LLC (SPLNG); Sabine Pass Liquefaction Stage V, LLC (SPL5), 9243 Gulf Beach Hwy, Cameron, LA 70631 for the Sabine Pass LNG Terminal – Trains 7-9 and determined that it is administratively complete. The application was received on June 27, 2025. The facility is located at 9243 Gulf Beach Hwy in Cameron, Cameron Parish.
Sabine Pass LNG, L.P. and Sabine Pass Liquefaction LLC (SPLNG); Sabine Pass Liquefaction Stage V, LLC (SPL5) proposes to apply for an Initial Title V and PSD permit for an expansion at the Sabine Pass LNG Terminal; an existing major stationary source in Cameron Parish.
This permit is to be processed as an expedited permit in accordance with LAC 33:I.Chapter 18.
