?LEGAL NOTICE
Notice is hereby given that Pintail Alley, LLC has applied for a 401 Water Quality Certification for the proposed Trenasse Maintenance Project to dredge and place spoil to conduct maintenance activities inexisting waterways and drainage canals to restore flow to the culverts previously installed to maintain hydraulic restoration of the marsh. All work is to be performed by marsh buggy at the site located off Superior Road approximately 15 miles west of Hackberry in Cameron Parish. Pintail Alley, LLC is applying to the Louisiana Department of Environmental Quality, Office of Environmental Services for a Water Quality Certification in accordance with statutory authority contained in the LAC 33:IX.1507.A-E and provisions of Section 401 of the Clean Water Act.
