Invitation to Bid
– Disaster Recovery –
Tent City
The purpose and intention of this invitation to bid is to provide Disaster Tent City for the 2024 Hurricane Season.
Submittals will be received by Royal Engineers via email at JDECstormbid@royalengineering.net
Until 2:00 p.m. CDT, on Friday, September 13, 2024
Any bids received after this time will not be considered.
The selected firm will be expected to provide.
Portable toilet facilities, on site shower trailers, sleeping facilities, dining facilities, on site generator power and air conditioning, site management, on site laundry facilities and any other site services required to accommodate a minimum of 350 personnel and a maximum of 1200 personnel.

JDEC reserves the right to consider and/or reject any and all submittals in accordance with Louisiana Public Bid Law.
Submittals will remain subject to acceptance for thirty (30) days after the initial advertisement date of August 15, 2024.
