A regular meeting of the Board of Commissioners of the Hackberry Recreation District was held at the Hackberry Recreation Center in Hackberry, Cameron Parish, Louisiana, on Monday, March 18, 2024 at 6:00 p.m.
Members present: Terry J. Murphy, Desiree Boykin and Travis Welch.
Members absent: Travis LaBove and Bethany Moore.
Guests: None
The meeting was called to order by the Chairman, Desiree Boykin and the following business was discussed.
Motion was made by Terry J. Murphy, seconded by Travis Welch, and carried to accept the regular meeting minutes as read.
Motion was made by Travis Welch, seconded by Terry J. Murphy, and carried to accept the financial statements.
Motion was made by Terry J. Murphy, seconded by Travis Welch, and carried to enter into agreement with Gragson, Cassiday, & Guillory for the 2023 Financial Review.
Motion was made by Travis Welch, seconded by Terry J. Murphy, and carried to adjourn the meeting.
