PROCEEDINGS
September 21, 2026
There was a regular meeting of the Board of Commissioners of Water District No. 11 at 6:00 p.m., Monday, September 21, 2026 at the Grand Lake Waterworks office.
PRESENT: Shelly Medlock, Jerome Verzwyvelt and Carl Granger
ABSENT: Grace Robideaux and John T Constance
On motion of Shelly Medlock, seconded by Jerome Verzwyvelt and carried unanimously, the agenda was approved as posted.
On motion of Jerome Verzwyvelt, seconded by Shelly Medlock and carried unanimously, the minutes from the August 17, 2026 regular meeting were approved as previously sent out.
On motion of Shelly Medlock, seconded by Jerome Verzwyvelt and carried unanimously, the District’s Backflow Prevention Policy and Procedures were approved as presented.
There was a financial report given for the month ending August 17, 2026 by Kaylee Thomas.
On motion of Shelly Medlock, seconded by Jerome Verzwyvelt and unanimously, the financial statements for the period ending and August 31, 2026 which reflect budget comparison were accepted as presented.
The Superintendent’s Report was presented by Jacob Nunez.
On motion of Jerome Verzwyvelt, seconded by Shelly Medlock, and carried unanimously, all bills were approved for payment.
There being no further business, on motion of Jerome Verzwyvelt, seconded by Shelly Medlock, and carried unanimously, the meeting was declared adjourned.
