Notice is hereby given that Byron K. Olivier, 734 Sensat Cove Road, Egan, LA 70531, has applied for a 401 Water Quality Certification to reclaim land for a homesite, construct a bulkhead with a boat slip and boat ramp, construct home infrastructure, and remove an existing dock in Lake Arthur at 316 Parish Road 120 west of
Gueydan in Cameron Parish. Byron K. Olivier is applying to the Louisiana Department of Environmental Quality, Office of Environmental Services for a Water Quality Certification in accordance with statutory authority contained in the LAC 33:IX.1507.A-E and provisions of Section 401 of the Clean Water Act. Comments concerning this application can be filed with the Water Permits Division within ten days of this notice by referencing WQC 260813-01, AI 252371 to the following address:
