NOTICE

Notice is hereby given that on September 8, 2026, Entergy Louisiana, LLC (“ELL”), a public utility providing retail electric service throughout the State of Louisiana, filed with the Louisiana Public Service Commission (“LPSC”) its Application of Entergy Louisiana, LLC for Extension of Phase I of the Entergy Future Ready Resilience Plan (the “Application”).  The Application requests LPSC approval, and issuance of a public interest finding regarding, the extension of Phase I of the Entergy Future Ready Resilience Plan (the “Resilience Plan”).  Specifically, ELL seeks specific approval of Phase IA of the Resilience Plan, which includes approximately $600 million in projects proposed to be implemented primarily over the period of 2027 – 2030 (“Phase IA”).  ELL’s Phase IA Resilience Plan will not result in a change in rates unless approved by the LPSC and implemented by ELL. 

ELL also seeks approval to (a) authorize the Company’s continued implementation of the Resilience Plan Cost Recovery Rider (Rider RPCR) to provide for contemporaneous recovery of the Phase IA Projects; and (b) correct the Rider RCPR rate calculation to include prospectively transmission and distribution removal costs in the Rider RPCR revenue requirement and to use regulatory assets to facilitate the recovery and tracking of such costs.   

ELL also requests the continued use of regulatory assets for addressing recovery of (and on, if applicable), the remaining net book value of assets that are replaced through the Resilience Plan, at the level currently reflected in ELL’s rates.  

ELL also requests that the Commission (a) approve the extension of the Monitoring Plan approved in Order No. U-36625 to Phase IA, subject to any modifications the Commission may order; and (b) acknowledge that ELL will be requesting an extension of waiver from the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (“FERC”) to allow ELL to continue to capitalize certain conductor handling expenses incurred through the Resilience Plan that would otherwise be treated as expenses, and express support or non-opposition to the contemplated FERC waiver request; and (c) direct the Administrative Hearings Division to adopt a procedural schedule necessary to facilitate a Commission decision on this Application no later than July 31, 2027.
