A Regular meeting of the Board of Commissioners of the Hackberry Recreation District was held at the Hackberry Recreation Center in Hackberry, Cameron Parish, Louisiana, Monday, July 20, 2026 at 4:15 p.m.

Members Present: Desiree Boykin, Travis LaBove, Travis Welch, and Terry J. Murphy.

Members Absent: Bethany Moore.

Guests: Kayleigh Benoit, Caitlyn Miller, Steven Miller, and Jared Boykin.

The meeting was called to order by the Vice-Chairman; Travis LaBove and the following business was discussed.

Motion was made by Travis Welch, second by Terry J. Murphy, and carried to accept the special meeting minutes as read.

Motion was made by Terry J. Murphy, second by Desiree Boykin, and carried to accept the financial statements.

Motion by Terry J. Murphy, second by Travis Welch, and carried to adjourn the meeting.
