WATER DISTRICT NO. 11

PROCEEDINGS

June 22, 2026

There was a regular meeting of the Board of Commissioners of Water District No. 11 at 6:00 p.m., Monday, May 18, 2026, at the Grand Lake Waterworks office.

PRESENT: Grace Robideaux, Shelly Medlock, Jerome Verzwyvelt, John T Constance

ABSENT: Carl Granger

On motion of Shelly Medlock, seconded by Jerome Verzwyvelt and carried unanimously, the agenda was approved as posted.

On motion of Jerome Verzwyvelt, seconded by John T Constance and carried unanimously, the minutes from the May 18, 2026 regular meeting were approved as previously sent out.

On motion Shelly Medlock, seconded by John T Constance and carried unanimously, the Board approved the promotion of Kaylee Thomas as Office Manager effective June 28th 2026, with an increase in compensation of $3.00 per hour.

On motion John T Constance, seconded by Jerome Verzwyvelt and carried unanimously, the Board approved the appointment of Kaylee Thomas to serve as Board Secretary/Treasurer effective immediately.

On motion of Jerome Verzwyvelt, seconded by Shelly and carried unanimously, the Board approved the designation of Kaylee Thomas as Custodian of Records effective immediately.

There was a financial report given for the month ending May 31, 2026 by Kaylee Thomas.

On motion of Shelly Medlock, seconded by Jerome Verzwyvelt and unanimously, the financial statements for the period ending and May 31, 2026 which reflect budget comparison were accepted as presented.

The Superintendent’s Report was presented.

On motion of Jerome Verzwyvelt, seconded by Shelly Medlock, and carried unanimously, all bills were approved for payment.

There being no further business, on motion of Shelly Medlock, seconded by John T Constance, and carried unanimously, the meeting was declared adjourned.
