SOWELA and Venture Global have partnered to present Will to Skill classes – Introduction to Construction.

An Informational Session for Calcasieu and Cameron Parish residents is set for Thursday, July 16, from 6-7 p.m. at the SOWELA Regional Training Center, 3749 Sen. J. Bennett Johnston Ave., Lake Charles.

Attendance at this session is required to participate.

Two class options will be offered: Aug 3-14 or Oct 12-23 at SOWELA Technical Community College, 3820 Sen. J. Bennett Johnston Ave, Lake Charles.

Tuition is free.

The Introduction to Construction course provides a strong foundation for individuals interested in entering the industrial and construction workforce. NCCER Core and Forklift Certifications included in Training included in training.
