Motion to enter executive session for the purpose of applicant interviews by Robert Trahan, seconded by Rogerest Romero and carried.

Motion to hire Kristopher Trahan as secretary made by Robert Trahan, seconded by Russell Badon and carried. Don Trahan abstained from voting.
