The Cameron Parish Wastewater District No. 1 Board met in regular session on Tuesday, December 30, 2025, at 4:00 P.M. in the Wastewater District office located at 126 Ann Street in the town of Cameron, Louisiana.
Guest:
The meeting was called to order by the Vice President along with roll call. The voluntary Prayer was led by Anthony Theriot. The Pledge was led by Vickie Conner.
Roll Call: Present: Ruben Doxey, Vickie Conner, Mary Jones and Anthony Theriot
Absent: Tammy Vincent
There were no public comments.
On a motion by Mary Jones, seconded by Anthony Theriot and carried, to adopt the agenda for the December 30, 2025, Wastewater board meeting.
On a motion by Mary Jones, seconded by Vickie Conner and carried, to approve and dispense from reading the regular session November minutes.
On a motion by Mary Jones, seconded by Anthony Theriot and carried, to approve the financial statement, including the Actual vs Budget, for the month of November 2025.
On a motion by Vickie Conner, seconded by Mary Jones and carried, to pay the monthly bills.
On a motion by Mary Jones, seconded by Vickie Conner and carried, to approve Coy Vincent of Gragson, Casiday & Guillory, LLP as Auditor for 2026.
On a motion by Mary Jones, seconded by Anthony Theriot and carried, to adopt the Cameron Parish Pilot as the official new journal for 2026.
On a motion by Mary Jones, seconded by Vickie Conner and carried, to approve and adopt the proposed and amended 2025 budget.
On a motion by Mary Jones, seconded by Vickie Conner and carried, to approve the proposed 2026 budget.
On a motion by Anthony Theriot, seconded by Mary Jones and carried, there being no further business, the meeting stands adjourned.
