PROGRAM (RCIP)
The intent of this Request for Qualification (RFQ) is to solicit from Architectural/Engineering (A/E) firms a submittal of qualifications to perform professional engineering services to assist the Cameron Parish Police Jury (sometimes referred to as CPPJ) with preliminary engineering, design engineering, and construction inspections of the Cameron Parish Pump Stations Reconstruction & Elevation project in compliance with CDBG-DR Program requirements.
Qualifications must be submitted via email to CPPJbids@royal.us on behalf of the Cameron Parish Police Jury by 12:00 p.m. CDT on March 2, 2026.
Any RFP submittals received after this time will not be considered.

Submittals will remain subject to acceptance for thirty (30) days after the initial RFQ advertisement date of January 29, 2026.
