MINUTE PROCEEDINGS
There was a regular meeting of Gravity Drainage District 5 at 4:45 pm, Tuesday, September 16, 2025, at Cameron Parish School Board- Audrey Memorial Building C – 3151 Trosclair Road, Creole, LA 70632.
Present: Suzie Fawvor, Greg January, Bubba Richard, Anthony Swire and Phillip Trosclair III
President Phillip Trosclair called the meeting to order.
On motion by Bubba Richard, seconded by Anthony Swire, and carried, to approve the agenda.
On motion Bubba Richard, seconded by Suzie Fawvor, and carried, the board approved of the minutes of the previous meeting.
On motion by Anthony Swire, seconded by Greg January, and carried, to accept the financial report.
On motion by Anthony Swire, seconded by Bubba Richard, and carried, the board approved the following permits:
Hydro-Environmental Technology, Inc. – Deep Lake Field, Grand Chenier (LCUP #250409)
Key Operating Co. – Oak Grove (LCUP #250715)
Sulphur River Exploration – West White Lake Field, Grand Chenier (LCUP #251005)

Cameron Parish Police Jury – Cameron Parish (LCUP #251008)
On motion by Anthony Swire, seconded by Suzie Fawvor, and carried to accept the monthly invoices.
On motion by Bubba Richard, second by Anthony Swire, and carried, the meeting is declared adjourned.
