COMMISSIONERS
The Board of Commissioners of Lower Cameron Hospital Service District met in Regular Session on Wednesday, October 6, 2025, at 6:30 p.m., at the Cameron Parish Library Cameron Branch in Cameron, Louisiana. Members present were Chairman Stephanie Rodrigue, Tredale Boudreaux, Vice-Chairman Mary Canik, Kevin Dupke, Michelle Trahan. Secretary Michelle Vincent were in attendance. Michael Ardoin, Dawn Johnson, Gerald Bryant and Jason Rashall with Lake Charles Memorial Health System were also in attendance.
Stephanie Rodrigue, Chairman, called the meeting to order. A quorum was determined.
Tredale Boudreaux led the Pledge of Allegiance, and the prayer was led by Mary Canik.
The agenda was unanimously approved upon motion by Mary Canik, seconded by Tredale Boudreaux.
There were no public comments.
The September 24, 2025, regular meeting minutes were unanimously approved upon motion by Tredale Boudreaux, seconded by Michelle Trahan.
Operational budgetary projections for South Cameron Memorial Hospital in 2027 were presented by Lake Charles Memorial Health System representatives Chief Strategy Officer Jason Rashall, Chief Financial Officer Dawn Johnson, Chief Operating Officer/Chief Nursing Officer Gerald Bryant and Assistant Administrator Michael Ardoin.
There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned at 7:16 pm.
