South Cameron Consolidated Waterworks District No. 1
The South Cameron Consolidated Waterworks District No. 1 met in regular session on Monday, July 21, 2025, at 6:00 p.m. at the Cameron Parish School Board- Audrey Memorial Building C- 3151 Trosclair Road, Creole, LA 70632.
President Joseph Baccigalopi called the meeting to order.
The following members were present: Joseph Baccigalopi, Shane Broussard, Todd Conner, Vickie Kiffe, Michelle Trahan, and Tammy Vincent
It was moved by Vickie Kiffe, seconded by Todd Conner, and carried, to add agenda item 3a- Hire a full-time operator for Cameron Parish Waterworks District No. 1.
It was moved by Vickie Kiffe, seconded by Todd Conner, and carried, to approve the agenda.
It was moved by Vickie Kiffe, seconded by Michelle Trahan, and carried; the board members shall go into Executive Session to discuss:
a. Applications/Interviews for full-time operator
The vote thereon was as follows:
Yeas: Joseph Baccigalopi, Shane Broussard, Todd Conner, Vickie Kiffe, Michelle Trahan and Tammy Vincent
Nays: None
Absent or Not Voting: None
The president called the back to order, and the board members returned to regular session.
It was moved by Michelle Trahan, seconded by Shane Broussard, and carried, to hire a full-time operator for Cameron Parish Waterworks District No. 7, pending drug screening and probation period.
It was moved by Vickie Kiffe, seconded by Michelle Trahan, and carried, to hire a full-time operator for Cameron Parish Waterworks District No. 1, pending drug screening and probation period.
There being no further business, on the motion by Vickie Kiffe, seconded by Michelle Trahan and carried, the meeting was declared adjourned.
