MINUTES OF MEETING
MARCH 19, 2025
A meeting was held by the Board of Directors of the Cameron Parish Beachfront Development Dist. No. 2 at 4:30 P.M. on Wednesday, March 19, 2025, at 126 Ann Street Cameron, Louisiana.
Board members present were Kim Murphy, Peggy Griffith, Tina Payne, Susan Boudreaux, and Lisa Benoit.
Absent: NONE
Guest: NONE
Public Comments: There were no Public Comments
The meeting was called to order by President, Peggy Griffith as well as roll call. The Pledge was led by Susan Boudreaux, and Tina Payne led the voluntary Prayer. There were no additions to the agenda.
On a motion by Susan Boudreaux, seconded by Tina Payne, and carried, the agenda was approved.
On a motion by Kim Murphy, seconded by Tina Payne, and carried, that the minutes for November 2024 regular session meeting were approved and dispensed from reading aloud.
There was no treasurer’s report available to discuss.
On a motion by Lisa Benoit, seconded by Tina Payne, and carried, that the bills be paid for November & December 2024, January & February 2025.
On a motion by Susan Boudreaux, seconded Kim Murphy, and carried to accept the lease from the State of Louisiana as written, and for Cameron Parish Police Jury to sign & approve said lease on behalf of Cameron Parish Beachfront Development District #2 – Rutherford Beach, Creole, La.
Announce the date for the next meeting: MAY 28, 2025

On a motion by Lisa Benoit, seconded by Kim Murphy and carried, that there being no further business, the meeting stands adjourned.
