Project proposes to use an existing drill site and ring levee area for drilling and producing these wells; installation of a flowline along an existing access road to a gas sales tie in), Cameron Parish, LA. a. Jerry Dean Campbell – 567 Mermentau River Road, Grand Chenier, (proposes to construct a new wharf (20 x 30), pier, and finger pier with two individual berths. A small section of derelict pier will be removed), Cameron Parish, LA. (250501)
b. Miami Alternatives – Little Chenier Road, Creole, (proposes to install a cover, and earthen fill on an exposed pipe due to erosion over time to an existing well casing on the Miami Corp #1 Well that was plugged and abandoned. Project is needed to protect the well casing and prevent boat traffic from hitting the exposed pipe), Cameron Parish, LA. (250502)
c. GeoEngineers – Mermentau River, Grand Chenier, (Louisiana CPRA – Humble Canal Hydrologic (ME-11); proposed drilling of three soil borings approximately 4 inches in diameter and will be drilled to depth up to 20 feet below the mudline. Project entails removal of the existing water control structure where the Humble Canal discharges into the Mermentau River approximately 2.4 miles southwest of the river lock at the southwestern end of Grand Lake), Cameron Parish, LA. d. Apache Louisiana Minerals, LLC – North of Holly Beach off Highway 27, Section 17, 20 & 29, T14S, R10W, (CS-20 Hydrologic Restoration Project; proposed levee repairs and embankment stabilization, to preserve the integrity and functionality of the former CS-20 CWPPRA Project. Approximately 3,629cy of earthen material is required for embankment and levee repair), Cameron Parish, LA. (250505)
e. Walter Oil and Gas Corporation – North of Little Chenier Road off Highway 27, (proposes to remove pipeline, P&A Well and flare stack. Some structures will remain for future utilities), Cameron Parish, LA. (250506)
f. ERM – Deep Lake, Grand Chenier, (proposes environmental site investigation in Deep Lake Oil and Gas Field. Work includes soil/sedment sampling and installation of temporary monitoring wells), Cameron Parish, LA. (250507)

Dore Energy – Johnson Bayou, Latitude 29°48’26”, Longitude -93°36’22”, (Trenasse Maintenance (E); proposes to remove approximately 70,141’cy of material from approximately 140,281 linear feet of existing trenasses and deposit material on existing spoil embankment to provide access to the landowner’s property for recreational use), Cameron Parish, LA. Dore Energy – Johnson Bayou, Latitude 29°48’46”, Longtiude -93°41’27”, (Trenasse Maintenance (W); proposes to remove approximately 110,614 cy of material from approximately 221,228 linear feet of existing trenasses and deposit material on existing spoil embankment to provide access to the landowner’s property for recreational use), Cameron Parish, LA. 9. Motion to open public hearing for the proposed adoption of a portion of Angler Bay Drive from Gulfway Drive to the intersection with Kale Ryan Road, which portion of Angler Bay Drive (the “Roadway”) is more particularly described as follows:

11. Motion to open public hearing for the proposed amendments to Chapter 14 Motor Vehicles and Traffic, Article III Operation of Vehicles Generally, Sec. 14-35. Speed Limits:
REMOVE: From (b) Road No. 536 North: Speed limit 45 miles per hour from mile 0.76 to mile 3.75. 45 mph and (c) Road No. 536 North: Speed limit 35 miles per hour from mile 0.00 to mile .766.35 mph
REMOVE: From (b) Road No. 538 North: Speed limit 45 miles per hour from mile 0.21 to mile 1.13.45 mph and (f) Road No. 538 North: Speed limit 25 miles per hour from mile 0.00 to mile .21.25 mph

19. Motion granting president authority to sign Amendment No. 3 to the Contract with Fenstermaker & Associates, LLC for the Mermentau Basin Inundation Relief Project to extend the contract time to March 31, 2027. This extension coincides with the Parish’s CEA granted with the State of Louisiana
20. Motion to adopt Millage Rates for Ad Valorem Taxes for 2025
21. Authority to consider adopting a Resolution authorizing ordering and calling an election for Gravity Drainage District No. 16 to levy a tax of 7 mills for a period of 10 years for the purpose of construction, operating and maintaining the district’s drainage systems within and for said District
22.Authority to consider adopting a Resolution authorizing ordering and calling an election for Lower Cameron Hospital Service District to levy and collect a maintenance tax of 16.130 mills for a period of 10 years for the of operating and maintaining such hospital buildings, related hospital facilities and equipment within and for Lower Cameron Hospital Service District, said millage to represent a 2.130 mills increase over 14 mills tax authorized to be levied through the year 2025 pursuant to an election held on November 21, 2015
