Grand Lake Hornets – district champions!

The Grand Lake Hornets baseball team are the 2025 District 4-1A undefeated out right district champions after going on an absolute tear through district play, the Hornets also have a strong chance of making a deep run in the Division IV Non-Select playoffs as they’ll most likely enter as a top 8 seed and possibly a top 5 depending on how other teams around them fair on the final day of the regular season.

Hackberry Mustangs – District Champions!

The Hackberry Mustangs are the 2025 District 5-C Champions after going undefeated and claiming the title in outright fashion.

The Mustangs will most likely enter the Class C playoffs as a top 4 seed and have a very strong chance of playing in the state tournament at McMurray Park in the coming weeks, with the Mustangs playing a tough schedule throughout this season it has prepared them to make a deep run with the goal of winning the school’s first ever baseball state championship which would be huge boost for the town of Hackberry!
