Visitors: Rusty Welch, Mitch Thomas, Adam Henry, Kara Bonsall
The Minutes from the August meeting was approved. A motion was made by Ronald Nunez seconded by Gabe LaLande, all were in favor.
The financial report was approved. A motion was made by Ronald Nunez seconded by Shirley Gray , all were in favor.
A motion was made by Ronald Nunez to pay all current bills. The motion was seconded by Mike Henry all were in favor.
The board talked to Kara Bonsall about the Joint Service Agreement on the pumps. The JSA needs to be discussed again between the Policy Jury and the Gravity Drainage board members, The original plan that was put in place is very vague to who would pay for what cost,
Mitch Thomas with K&M Project Services and the board members discussed options for the cost of the North Cameron Protection Levee Permit.
The board and K&M Project Services discussed the crossing on Susie Fawvor and Phillip Smith’s Land. K&M will get a permit and make sure everything will work properly and the water will still flow.
Ronald Nunez made a motion to adjourn the meeting. The motion was seconded by Gabe LaLande, all were in favor.
