DISTRICT NO. 5
There was a regular meeting of Gravity Drainage District 5 at 4:30 pm, Tuesday, August 20, 2024, at Cameron Parish School Board- Audrey Memorial Building C- 3151 Trosclair Road, Creole, LA 70632.
PRESENT: Suzie Fawvor, Bubba Richard, Anthony Swire and Phillip Trosclair III
ABSENT: Mitchell Baccigalopi
GUEST: Mr. Coy Vincent
President Phillip Trosclair called the meeting to order.
On motion by Bubba Richard, seconded by Anthony Swire, and carried, to approve the agenda.
No Public Comments
On motion Bubba Richard, seconded by Suzie Fawvor, and carried, the board approved the minutes of the previous meeting.
On motion by Bubba Richard, seconded by Suzie Fawvor, and carried, to accept the financial report.
On motion by Anthony Swire, seconded by Suzie Fawvor, and carried, to approve the 2023 audit report presented by Mr. Coy Vincent with Gragson, Casidy and Guillory, LLP.
On motion by, Anthony Swire, seconded by, Suzie Fawvor, and carried, the board approved the following permits:
Hilcorp Energy Company- Grand Chenier, Highway 82 (proposes to install 4-inch flow lines to serve the Moise Sturlese No. 001 Well. This activity was previously authorized (CUP, P20201059); however, the work was never performed.), Cameron Parish, LA
On motion by Anthony Swire, seconded by Suzie Fawvor, and carried to accept the monthly invoices.
On motion by Bubba Richard, second by Anthony Swire, and carried, the meeting is declared adjourned.
