CPAD2 met on January 15, 2020 at 6:00 p.m. at the Hackberry Fire Department 1025 Main St. Hackberry, La. 70645
Members Present: Kattie Toups, Phyllis Doxey, Randall McFatter, Gwen Constance and Ronnie Doucett
Members Absent: Glenn Trahan
Guest: Darla Perry, Rhonda Coleman and Brad Lester
Meeting called to order at 6:00 p.m.
Pledge led by Mrs. Constance
Prayer led by Mrs. Constance
Members approved the November 20th, 2019 board minutes with a motion from Mr. McFatter and a 2nd by Mrs. Toups and it carried.
Old Business:
1. Update on Ramp and Decks No Action Taken
New Business:
Mrs. Perry gave a bill, payroll report and the budget to actual comparison. Mr. McFatter made a motion with a 2nd by Mrs. Constance to accept and approve the report as given, motion carried unanimously.
Mrs. Constance made a motion to give a 2020 COLA of 2% to all employees and to review the COLA each November. Mrs. Toups made a 2nd and the motion carried unanimously.
The board decided to elect a committee to adjust the employee anniversary pay scale. The committee consist of Mrs. Constance, Mr. McFatter and Mrs. Coleman. The scale shall be adopted at the March meeting.
Mrs. Constance made a motion to give CPA Perry and Company a 10% increase in salary, Mr. McFatter made a 2nd and the motion carried unanimously.
Mrs. Coleman gave the directors report including the Districts Runs for November and December, along with the Patient Billing reports for November and December. Mrs. Constance made a motion to accept the director’s report and Mrs. Toups made a 2nd and motion carried unanimously.
There being no other business to discuss Mrs. Constance made a motion and Mrs. Doxey made a 2nd to adjourn and the motion was carried.
Next meeting will be on March 18, 2020 at the Hackberry Ambulance Station Hackberry, La.
