A regular meeting of the Board of Commissioners of the Hackberry Recreation District was held at the Hackberry Recreation Center in Hackberry, Cameron Parish, Louisiana, on Monday, July 15, 2024 at 4:15 p.m.
Members Present: Desiree Boykin, Travis Welch, Terry J. Murphy, Bethany Moore and Travis LaBove.
Member Absent: None.
Guest: Coy Vincent.
The meeting was called to order by the Chairman, Desiree Boykin and the following business was discussed.
Motion was made by Terry J. Murphy, seconded by Travis Welch, and carried to accept the regular meeting munutes as read.
Motion was made by Travis Welch, seconded by Travis LaBove, and carried to accept the financial statements.
Motion was made by Terry J. Murphy, seconded by Bethany Moore, and carried to receive Annual Financial Report and Independent Auditor’s Report for the year ending December 31, 2023, prepared by Gragson, Cassiday, & Guillory.
Motion was made by Terry J. Murphy, seconded by Travis LaBove, and carried to adjourn the meeting.
