Invitation to Bid
– Storm Disaster Recovery Services –
On Site Mechanic Services
Submittals for the On-Site Mechanic Services will be received by Royal Engineers at JDECstormbids@royalengineering.net
Bids must be emailed by August 30 at 2 pm EST.
Any Invitation to Bid submittals received after this time will not be considered.
This project will consist of providing Diesel Mechanic Services and Bucket Truck repairs to JDEC and on-site contractors during the 2024 storm season in the event of a response.

JDEC reserves the right to consider and/or reject any and all submittals in accordance with Louisiana Public Bid Law.
Submittals will remain subject to acceptance for thirty (30) days after the initial advertisement date of Thursday, August 1, 2024.
