The Cameron Parish Wastewater District No. 1 Board met in regular session on Tuesday, June 25, 2024, at 4:00 P.M. in the Wastewater District office located at 126 Ann Street in the town of Cameron, Louisiana.

The meeting was called to order by the President. The Pledge was led by Tammy Vincent along with roll call and the voluntary Prayer.
Roll Call: Present: Tammy Vincent, Anthony Theriot, Vickie Conner and Mary Jones
Absent: None
There were no public comments.
On a motion by Vickie Conner, seconded by Mary Jones and carried, to approve and dispense from reading the regular session May 2024 minutes.
On a motion by Vickie Conner, seconded by Mary Jones and carried, to approve the financial statement, including the Actual vs Budget, for the month of May 2024.
On a motion by Anthony Theriot, seconded by Vickie Conner and carried, that the bills for the month of May 2024 be paid.
On a motion by Mary Jones, seconded by Vickie Conner and carried, to accept the pre-event emergency contracts form vendors for 2024.
On a motion by Mary Jones, seconded by Vickie Conner and carried, to complete, approve, sign and return the LA Compliance Questionnaire and AUP for the auditor, Coy Vincent, with Gragson, Cassiday, and Guillory, LLC.
On a motion by Anthony Theriot, seconded by Vickie Conner and carried, there being no further business, the meeting stands adjourned.
