The Cameron Parish Wastewater District No. 1 Board met in regular session on Tuesday, January 23, 2024 at 4:00 PM in the wastewater district office located at 126 Ann Street in the town of Cameron, Louisiana.

The Pledge was led by Tammy Vincent along with roll call and the voluntary Prayer.
Roll Call: Present: Tammy Vincent, Anthony Theriot, Vickie Conner, Donnie LeJeune, and Jerry Dockins
Absent:
On a motion by Vickie Conner, seconded by Anthony Theriot and carried, to approve and dispense from reading the regular session December 2023 minutes.
On a motion by Vickie Conner, seconded by Jerry Dockins and carried, to approve the financial statement, including the Actual vs Budget, for the month of December 2023.
On a motion by Jerry Dockins, seconded by Vickie Conner and carried, that the bills for the month of December 2023 be paid.
On a motion by Jerry Dockins, seconded by Anthony Theriot and carried, to table the Sewer Pond Lease payment until the February 27, 2024 Board meeting.
On a motion by Jerry Dockins, seconded by Vickie Conner and carried, to table the approval of the amended 2023 budget until the February 27, 2024 Board meeting.
On a motion by Jerry Dockins, seconded by Donnie LeJeune and carried, to approve the Identity Theft Prevention Program for 2024.
On a motion by Jerry Dockins, seconded by Vickie Conner and carried, to approve the Sexual Harassment Mandatory Annual report for 2024.
On a motion by Jerry Dockins, seconded by Donnie LeJeune and carried, to table the Salary Adjustments until the February 27, 2024 Board meeting.
On a motion by Vickie Conner, seconded by Anthony Theriot and carried, there being no further business, the meeting stands adjourned.
