A regular meeting of the Board of Commissioners of the Hackberry Recreation District was held at the Hackberry Recreation Center in Hackberry, Cameron Parish, Louisiana, on Monday, May 18, 2020 at 6:00 p.m.
Members Present: Travis LaBove, Barry Stine, Travis Welch and Terry J. Murphy.
Member Absent: Bethany Moore.
Guests: None.
The meeting was called to order by the Chairman, Terry J. Murphy, and the following business was discussed.
Motion was made by Travis LaBove, seconded by Travis Welch, and carried to accept the minutes as read.
Motion was made by Travis Welch, seconded by Barry Stine, and carried to accept the financial statements.
Motion was made by Travis LaBove, seconded by Barry Stine, and carried to adjourn the meeting.
