STATE OF LOUISIANA
PARISH OF CAMERON
Whereas, the following described surplus equipment property is located at 125 Carter Road, Cameron, Louisiana, and is owned by Cameron Parish Water & Wastewater District No. 1.
SAID PROPERTY:
One (1) White, 2011 Homesteader aluminum cargo trailer, 10’ L x 5’ W x 6’ H, sidewall 1’, 32” side door, 5’ wide ramp door, flow thru vents, VIN #5HABE1018BN008690. Located at 125 Carter Road.
WHEREAS, the above-described property is not being used for public purposes and is not needed by the Cameron Parish Water & Wastewater District No. 1.
Therefore, Cameron Parish Water & Wastewater District No. 1 agrees to advertise for public bid and to sell the above-described property, for the starting bid amount of $500.00 for the Homesteader Cargo trailer and does hereby give authority to the President or Vice President of the Board to execute any and all necessary documents to complete the sale and transfer of such.
This resolution was read and adopted by a majority vote of the Cameron Parish Water & Wastewater District No. 1 at its regular meeting on July 25, 2023.
