PUBLIC NOTICE
The Cameron Parish Drainage District #7 will receive sealed Requests for Proposal (RFP) until 11:00 a.m., Wednesday, March 24, 2021, at Cameron Parish Drainage District #7, 205 Middle Ridge Road, Cameron, Louisiana 70631, for the purchase of limestone, as per specifications. RFP forms with specifications and scoring criteria can be obtained by contacting Marsha Trahan, by telephone at (337) 302-1742, or email cpgd7@camtel.net. For more information on locations contact Scotty Badon at (337)912-3128. All proposals must be submitted on this form to be accepted and must be returned sealed in an envelope marked “RFP – LIMESTONE”.
The Cameron Parish Drainage District #7 is tax exempt. All proposals must be submitted on the proper RFP form to be accepted. Proposals may be mailed to 205 Middle Ridge Road, Cameron, LA 70631 or hand delivered to Marsha Trahan. The Cameron Parish Drainage District #7 will open only those properly labeled and sealed proposals that are delivered to the Cameron Parish Drainage District #7 Office by the time of the RFP opening stated above.
